1. Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place because each item is handmade and often produced to meet individual order specifications. 2. Damaged or Faulty Items
We stand by the quality of our handmade products. If, however, your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. 3. Cancellations
Given the made-to-order nature of our products, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, your order will have likely gone into production and cannot be canceled.
4. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect order details once an order has gone into production. However, if your case involves a damaged or faulty item as outlined above, we will assess the situation and determine if a refund, repair, or replacement is appropriate.
